Riyadh, February 08, 2024 – Executives from Equipment Corner Company Industrial (ECCI) recently participated in the prestigious World Defense Show (WDS) 2024 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event, which concluded today, saw the signing of 61 purchase contracts worth SAR 26 billion and featured 773 exhibitors and 441 official delegations from 116 countries. Over 106,000 visitors attended the show, which also witnessed the signing of 73 agreements, including 17 industrial partnership agreements.
ECCI’s presence at WDS 2024 underscored their commitment to showcasing the latest industrial innovations developed by Saudi hands. Their participation aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in the areas of economic diversification and local manufacturing.
During the event, ECCI’s executives held high-level discussions with industry leaders, focusing on exploring potential collaborations and gaining insights into the latest trends in defense technology. These meetings highlighted the importance of fostering partnerships to advance the Kingdom’s defense capabilities and localize 50% of military services and equipment expenditures.
