CoinMENA IHC and Siebert Talaš formalize their new partnership

Formal agreement signed between CoinMENA IHC and Slovak architects and BIM modeling experts Siebert Talaš

Bratislava, Slovak Republic: A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between Riyadh-based investment holding company CoinMENA and Siebert Talaš, the BIM architecture experts.

This partnership will see the two firms use Siebert Talaš BIM software to progress high-profile development projects in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

CoinMENA IHC through Axes, a design and construction company based in Jeddah shares a passion for the advancement of innovative technological developments and a commitment to work of the highest standard. This Riyadh-based investment company and its subsidiaries are firmly committed to the Saudi Vision 2030 strategy and already support projects in a number of diverse sectors such as Design and Construction, Education and Aviation.

Siebert Talaš is an expert Slovak architectural firm that is responsible for the design of numerous projects in residential, hospitality and logistics settings amongst others. As well as its Bratislava office, the firm also has an office in Prague (Czech Republic) and has worked with clients across Europe and Asia.

The partnership with CoinMENA IHC will allow Siebert Talaš Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to be used in the project to design and build airports across the GCC region. BIM modeling is a process whereby digital models of physical places are created to support the building design and decision-making process. This allows better visualization of the finalized project as well as giving more efficient scheduling and more accurate cost management.

This Memorandum of Understanding formalizes the cooperation between CoinMENA IHC and Sibert Talaš on this exciting project.
